Well, I decided. I'm going to do it. At least for a month or so, as a motivational tool. Phew, that took a while!!
So, where was I?
Things I'd like to achieve:
- Currently, I'm somewhat addicted to my smartphone. This must change.
Goal 1: Me control my smartphone, not the other way around.
- I'm also lacking in physical fitness. They may be connected. This also must change.
Goal 2: Start small, at least 5 mins outside and moving around per day. Working my way up to... Who knows.
-My diet sucks. I eat whatever, however much and this is not helping my general lethergy.
Goal 3: To eat better (research required regarding what constitutes 'better').
- And last, but for sure not least. I am a Christian, but my faith has taken a backseat. That does not work.
Goal 4: Put God first. Also need to figure out how best to do this.
From here on out, I'll update with my progress, using the number to show which goal I am working on.
I expect no one to be interested :) but if you are, enjoy the ride.
